Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: If we cancel your class, you will be entitled to a full refund for the purchase price or a rebooking for another date of your choice, subject to availability. No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 72 hours of the date of your event. If you wish to amend the date of your booking, you should immediately contact us by e-mail at least 72 hours before the scheduled time and date. We will endeavour, although we are not under any obligation, to accommodate the alternative date and time requested by you. If you do not arrive for a pre-booked event, bookings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
